As a Foot Health Practitioner I am required by law to record details of treatment that I give to you. 

I am committed to ensuring the security and protection of the personal information that I process, and to provide a compliant and consistent approach to data protection. 

I need to keep your details for administration purposes so that I can keep those necessary records. This is the legal basis for keeping your details. 

Information that I hold about you can be inspected on request. The information will be necessary information only and will not be shared with anyone else, except where there is a legal obligation to share your details with statutory authorities. 

Information that you give me is confidential and will be guarded closely. At the end of our relationship your data will be deleted in accordance with the rules of my profession and my responsibilities under the General Data Protection Act 2018.
